SUMMARY OF OUR ONLINE MEETING 

1. Our duties for the next term:

Spain: in charge of the Padlet.First all the students will participate introducing themselves. The deadline to all the students will be 15th October in order to make pairs so they will be able to exchange emails. Before Christmas holidays students will post their Christmas wishes on the Padlet wall.

Croatia: Create the facebook site and upload periodically the information related to the project.

Italy: Create the online newspaper (monthly)

Portugal: Create the Twinspace project site and upload the relevant information.

Greece: Create the blog and upload information.

Poland: Evaluation department. I will ask the Erasmus Organization about this as we have talked in the meeting.

Every country: Will collect all the students proposals of the didactic games and didactic materials before Christmas. The students’ age to participate in this activity will be between (11-16 years old),

2. Establish how many students will participate in the padlet and the age. Send

your proposals by email. At first we thought (Spanish team) to involve our 3º course students that are between (14-15 years old) and they are around 31 students but we don't have any problem to include our students from other classes. We will wait for your opinions.

3. If all of us agree on asking the Erasmus organization for more time ( maximum 12 months). Every country must ask for it individually. You have to go to the Erasmus organization agency website in your country and there you will find the information of how to do it. If you agree we need to do that during September to know as soon as possible the resolution.
