Assessing Project Achievements and Influence

The Erasmus project "Creativity Learning, Entrepreneurship, and Technology at the Service of Those Who Need It Most (2020-1-ES01-KA229-082726_3)" is renowned for its dedication to enriching participants' knowledge, social skills, and creativity through international educational experiences. To assess the program's effectiveness and participant satisfaction comprehensively, we have conducted a thorough examination. In the ensuing section, we present the 'Impact Assessment.' The results, expressed as percentages, are derived from the analysis of six surveys conducted with students after each mobility phase. These surveys have been instrumental in providing a comprehensive evaluation of the project's influence on the creative and cultural development of the students, with each mobility phase offering a unique perspective. The subsequent analysis delves into the collective insights gathered from these surveys, emphasizing the overarching impact of the project on the participants' growth and accomplishments.

Satisfaction with Accommodation:

  • The average satisfaction with accommodation is 9.5 on a scale of 1 to 10. High satisfaction indicates positive experiences among participants with their accommodation, which may contribute to the development of adaptability skills. An average rating of 9.5 suggests that the exchange program provided participants with comfortable accommodation, conducive to their personal development.

 

Satisfaction with Meals:

  • The average satisfaction with meals is 9. Notably, participants from Italy, Greece, Croatia, and Spain rated the meals at the highest level (10). This may suggest that the diversity of culinary experiences has influenced the development of participants' culinary creativity. High overall satisfaction with meals, within the context of the project indicates the positive impact of cultural diversity on the development of culinary and social skills.

Satisfaction with Program:

  • The average satisfaction with the program is 9. High satisfaction suggests that participants were pleased with the program and likely gained knowledge and developed social skills, aligning with the goals of the Erasmus program. The exchange program, under the project "Creativity Learning, Entrepreneurship, and Technology at the Service of Those Who Need It Most” (2020-1-ES01-KA229-082726_3),provided participants with valuable educational and intercultural experiences, fostering personal and social development.

Satisfaction with Free Time:

  • The average satisfaction with free time is 9. High satisfaction can contribute to the development of social skills through interactions between participants. Successful use of leisure time beyond educational activities fosters interpersonal bonds and the development of interpersonal skills.

Satisfaction with Rules:

  • The average satisfaction with adherence to rules is 9.5. High satisfaction can contribute to the development of social skills, such as responsibility and cooperation. Effective enforcement of rules in the exchange program supports the formation of social behaviors and intercultural awareness.

Satisfaction with Atmosphere:

  • The average satisfaction with the atmosphere is 9.5. High satisfaction can enhance the development of social skills through the creation of friendly relationships. Creating a positive atmosphere promotes the development of interpersonal and intercultural communication skills.

Overall Opinion:

  • The overall satisfaction of participants is 9.5. High overall satisfaction suggests that the program likely contributed to the achievement of goals related to the development of knowledge, social skills, and creativity, within the context of the project "Creativity Learning, Entrepreneurship, and Technology at the Service of Those Who Need It Most (2020-1-ES01-KA229-082726_3)." The Erasmus program exceeded participants' expectations, delivering not only knowledge but also promoting the development of interpersonal and intercultural competencies.




Thoughts on the Exchange:

  • Many participants emphasized that through the exchange program, they made new friends and discovered new aspects of themselves. This may indicate that the Erasmus program supports the development of social skills and creativity among participants, within the context of the project "Creativity Learning, Entrepreneurship, and Technology at the Service of Those Who Need It Most  (2020-1-ES01-KA229-082726_3)." Building new friendships and uncovering personal talents are significant aspects of the exchange program, influencing the development of interpersonal competencies and personal growth.

Recommendation to Friends:

  • The willingness to recommend the program to friends indicates that participants are satisfied with the experience and see its value, which may contribute to the development of the Erasmus program community. Participant recommendation is a positive sign of the program's quality and its impact on the development of interpersonal and intercultural competencies.

Language Improvement:

  • Participants from Italy, Greece, and Croatia demonstrated the most significant progress in language skills, aligning with the Erasmus program's goal of developing foreign language skills. Language proficiency is crucial for effective cross-cultural communication and the development of international awareness.

Personal Discoveries:

  • Participants express discovering new aspects of themselves, suggesting that the program helped in fostering creativity and personal skills, which is one of the main goals of the Erasmus program. The program supports the realization of participants' potential, helping them uncover new talents and interests.

Conflict Resolution and Open Communication:

  • Results indicate that conflicts were resolved collaboratively, which is a positive sign for the development of social skills. Moreover, participants felt they could openly communicate with each other, promoting the development of communication and social skills. Conflict resolution and open communication are key elements in developing interpersonal skills and intercultural awareness.

Intercultural Learning and Social Awareness:

  • The exchange program enabled participants to view their national customs from a new perspective and changed their perceptions of other countries, aligning with the Erasmus program's goal of increasing cultural and social awareness. The program encourages participants to deeply contemplate social and political issues, aligning with the goals of global education.


Recommendation for Future Involvement:

  • Many participants expressed a desire to engage in the future as staff members of exchange programs, highlighting their commitment to the goals of the Erasmus program.  The desire to actively participate in organizing exchange programs signifies a full understanding of the value of such experiences and their impact on the development of social and leadership skills and the promotion of international mobility.



This report summarizes the results of the evaluation of the exchange program in the context of its impact on the development of social skills, creativity, and intercultural awareness among participants, within the framework of the project "Creativity Learning, Entrepreneurship, and Technology at the Service of Those Who Need It Most (2020-1-ES01-KA229-082726_3)." The results indicate the success of the Erasmus program in achieving many of its goals.
