2nd  Online  Meeting

Thursday 19th November 2020

         SUMMARY OF OUR SECOND ONLINE MEETING 

At our second meeting we talked about the following aspects:

1. Activities that we have already done:

• Facebook site: Croatia. Send your accounts names to Ivana.

• Blog: Greece (It’s already done). Check that you have received the invitation and accept it.

• Twinspace: Portugal Everybody must login, have an account and accept the Portugal request to be inside the Project site as soon as possible.

• Newspaper online :Italy Collect during this months all the activities that we are doing and during February Italy will publish the first edition of our online newspaper.

• What’s up application: Creation what’s app group for faster communication and not only

• Pictures : All will take pictures of everything that we are doing related to the Project to show it in every place like the Blog, Facebook, etwining. The school in charge of each space must ask the other countries to send photos with a short explanation of the activity. We can share the photos using the whatsapp group that we are going to create

It is really important that

• we show all this to our students so they can go to this Erasmus sites everytime that they want and see what is happening in our project

• to show them everything at least once a month to remember them that they have all this information about the Project. 

2. Preparation of didactic games and materials: You need to prepare your didactic games and materials proposals because we will have the online meeting with some of our students during May to show our students’ proposals. Don’t leave this to the last moment because is important that the students have time to think and design their ideas. You can involve the number of students that you like. Every idea will be welcome.

3. Design Logo: Students need to think about a Logo for our  Project.During February will decided the one that we will use it. Croatia you have an important role in this activity. Ivana will check her duties in this activity.We agreed during our meeting that the students of each school will vote for the best logo. And later we will decided the one that we are going to use it.

4. Christmas Activity: They can do it in groups or individually is not compulsory to participate. Each school prepare at least a couple of videos where they will send their Christmas wishes and explain some traditions in their countries.. The dateline will be 15^th December.

5. Mobility: Postponement of mobility to Italy and attempt to do later due to the difficult situation of the covit . Thoughts for something virtually instead.Possible change of the deadline of any activities planned without permission.

6. About money : Each school need to get the information related to the money that they will get and how they can use it asking the Erasmus organization in its country.
It’s really important. Until we don’t get the money is better not to spend it. If we spend money in the future we well keep every receipt.

7. Exchange students' mail: Exchange students' mail with their pairs from the list and start communication between students via email.
