  3rd  Online  Meeting

                     SUMMARY OF OUR 3rd ONLINE MEETING 

At our third online meeting we talked about the following aspects:

1. Dateline to upload the students’ proposals will be Monday 15th March. That means that we have to send them to Croatia (Facebook responsible), Greece (The blog responsible), Spain (responsible of the Padlet) and Portugal who is in charge of the e-twining site.
2. Next meeting to select our logo: Thursday 18th March 13:30 Spain local time.
3. Dateline for the didactic games and material proposals will be 27th April.The number are 5 proposals per school.
4. Until next Tuesday 
5. to make our suggestions about how we can improve and be more active in our different ways of spreading our project information. Facebook, E-twining and the blog. It is essential to keep our students motivation. Also to make a big effort thinking about new ideas to become more active and show all the things that we are doing to our students and their families.
6. To check with your Erasmus Organization if there are doubts about the  money(how, when and how much we can use it) and also if there arequestions about when and how we have to inform about the activities that we have done through the mobility tool. Each country has their own rules.
7. Dateline to present the videos of the students’ designs will be the 27th May
8. To share the photos that we are taking while our students are working in the different activities of our project and send them to the people who are in charge of facebook, blog and e-twining site.
